Many of you have maybe heard about my new, but temporary, promotion to being the full-time web design & development instructor at Seattle Central Community College. But, what you probably don’t know is that we also got a new remodel.

Our Information Technologies division has grown about 300% since I first started teaching there in 2001. So, I guess it was time to get a bit of a face lift if we are going to be seeing that many students.

It has been inspiring for me to walk around the new digs. We are all finally together in one wing and are all very proud to be a part of the future of Information Technology.

Who knows, maybe the media will finally give us some much deserved attention? What do you think, Keith? I got a few jokes you might like.

I’m really impressed! Looks wonderful and you look very professional in your photo!! I hate to tell you this, but when I saw it, I said, that looks like my dad at that age with red facial hair! Oh my….you do have a good reason to be proud of your digs; you’ve worked very hard to get there. And, you are responsible for the tremendous growth of your department! Pretty good for a professional 12 yr old!!
